About this program
The Master of Urban Design at the University of Sydney develops leadership and expertise in urban design and urbanism with a strong emphasis on sustainability, quantification and implementation. Admissions
Admission to the Master of Urban Design requires: an undergraduate degree in architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, town planning, urbanism, geography or a related field; or completion of the requirements of the embedded Graduate Certificate with an average mark of at least 65. Based on the applicant's undergraduate performance, the Program Director reserves the right to require a portfolio of work indicating relevant design interests and capabilities for admission to the Master of Urban Design. A portfolio should only be provided if requested by the Program Director.
