About this program
The Graduate Diploma in Construction Management at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) covers the work of senior construction professionals: regulation, communication, cost planning, contract management and risk. Coursework is aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge, and students use industry tools for cost estimating and building information modelling.
Study takes one year full-time. Students choose one disciplinary elective in areas such as real estate, asset management or entrepreneurship, and with four further subjects can progress to the UTS master's degree in the field. English requirements are IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing.
