About this program
The Master of Architecture at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is the second degree in the path to registration as an architect, following an accredited bachelor's degree. Students develop advanced technical and design skills through project-based studios, choosing core Design Studios and electives aligned to their interests, with optional study tours for academic credit.
The degree is accredited by the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia. After graduating, students complete 3,300 hours of professional experience and the Architectural Practice Examination before registering with the NSW Architects Registration Board. Study takes two years full-time.
