About this program
The Master of Property Development at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) covers the full development cycle: the development process, transactions, valuation, risk analysis, property markets and large-scale development. Students choose a sub-major in property valuation or urban planning, or a set of options subjects, and complete a group project planning an urban renewal site.
Graduates who complete the valuation sub-major meet the education requirements for Certified Practising Valuer status, and for Certified Property Practitioner and Certified Development Practitioner status, with the Australian Property Institute. Study takes 18 months full-time.
