The Master of Property Development and Investment at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a dual-discipline degree for property and real estate professionals. First-year subjects cover property transactions, capital markets and real estate economics; second-year subjects add portfolio and asset management, valuation, law and risk analysis, with options subjects in areas such as complex projects, urban design and construction management.
Graduates who complete the valuation sub-major meet the education requirements for Certified Practising Valuer status with the Australian Property Institute. Study takes two years full-time.
