About this program
The Master of Property Development and Project Management at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) combines property development knowledge with project management practice. Core subjects cover the development process, valuation, transactions, finance and risk analysis alongside project integration, procurement, quality management and leadership, and students complete a group project on a real development challenge.
The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and by the Project Management Institute's Global Accreditation Center. Study takes two years full-time. Graduates work across property, construction and project management.

Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, in Architecture and Building, Engineering, Management and Commerce, Law, or Economics and Econometrics OR Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, in any field of study AND A minimum of 1 year full-time, or equivalent part-time, relevant professional work experience Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C11005 Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
