About this program
UNSW's Graduate Certificate in City Planning gives graduates from a related discipline, or professionals whose work already intersects with planning systems and agencies, a formal entry point into the planning profession. Admissions
A Bachelor degree with a credit average (equivalent to a UNSW WAM of 65). Note: Graduates of UNSW City Planning (Honours), or equivalent programs accredited by the Planning Institute of Australia are ineligible for admission as they have already met the learning outcomes of this degree. Alternative Entry Pathways Applicants with other relevant qualifications not listed may apply for admission to this program as follows. This is in accordance with UNSW Policy and Procedure on Recognition Of Prior Learning. Applicants will need to demonstrate that they have achieved the same knowledge and skills (learning outcomes) through their formal or informal learning as the qualifications listed for entry for this program.
