UNSW's combined Master of Construction Project Management and Master of Property Development is a two-year, seven-term program giving students knowledge across both construction project management and property development and investment, rather than specialising in just one. The concise, combined structure suits people seeking careers spanning construction management, project management, design management, and property development, investment and infrastructure management, as well as architects, engineers, urban planners and lawyers wanting a broader base for their existing careers. Admissions
For the 2.5-year, 108 UOC program: a bachelor degree with a credit average in a related field (built environment disciplines, engineering, business or law), OR a bachelor degree in any field with a credit average plus three years of construction-industry experience at a managerial level, OR a Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management or Graduate Certificate in Property and Development with a credit average. For the accelerated 2-year, 84 UOC program: an undergraduate honours degree with a credit average in a related field, OR an undergraduate honours degree in an unrelated field plus three years of construction-industry experience at a managerial level, OR a master's degree with a credit average in a related field. Applicants who don't meet these criteria may enter via the Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management or Graduate Certificate in Property and Development as a pathway.
