Master of Psychology - Forensic
UNSW Sydney, Sydney, NSW, Australia
About this program
The Master of Psychology (Forensic) at UNSW Sydney was offered for the first time in 1998 and is distinctive among Australian forensic psychology masters programs in that both a school of psychology and a law school contribute to its teaching, with each recognised as a leader in its field. The program provides professional training for psychologists working at the intersection of psychology and the legal and justice systems, covering assessment, intervention and expert practice in forensic contexts. It runs two years full time at the UNSW Kensington campus in Sydney and prepares graduates for registration and practice as forensic psychologists in correctional, court, community and research settings.
