The Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Leadership at Victoria University is the only course of its kind that dedicates four years of study to early childhood education with a focus on leadership, setting graduates up for advanced career opportunities. Students prepare for a career nurturing the development and wellbeing of children from birth to five years, learning to support young children's foundations for success, involve families as contributors to learning, and support transitions to school, while developing leadership capability, an understanding of child development, and ethical professional teaching practice that includes Indigenous perspectives.
