About this program
Raising the global bar The Master of Construction Law (MCL) program is designed to meet the needs of construction professionals and construction lawyers from Australia and overseas. Working with lecturers who are leaders in their fields, students will have a unique opportunity to gain an advanced understanding of construction law and its interaction with the commerce and practice of the industry via online and face-to-face delivery modes. Note: The law component of this program is held at the Parramatta South campus. This course is delivered by Western Sydney University.

Admissions
Applicants must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree, or higher, in any discipline. Applicants who have undertaken studies overseas may have to provide proof of proficiency in English. Overseas qualifications must be deemed by the Australian Education International - National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition (AEI-NOOSR) to be equivalent to Australian qualifications in order to be considered by UAC and Western Sydney University.
