Bachelor of Resort and Hotel Management
William Angliss Institute, Melbourne, VIC, Australia
About this program
This three-year degree prepares students for leadership roles in the international resort and hotel industry, combining specialist hospitality subjects with core management skills in people management, financial decision making, resort operations and data analytics. Students learn how the industry works and how to adapt as business models, technology and guest expectations evolve, supported by industry professionals in the classroom and field trips and site visits to hotels and resorts across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Simulations and industry-standard technology build the skills to analyse, innovate and lead. Two further, separately coded Angliss degrees extend this course with an additional placement or international-study year: the Bachelor of Resort and Hotel Management (Professional Practice) and the Bachelor of Resort and Hotel Management (International Practice).
